This is a handmade polish, so some settling will occur. I recommend shaking the bottle for a bit. This will lossen it right up.

Yes, I will replace or refund broken bottles. You will need to send me a picture of the broken bottle. You must do this upon arrival, not weeks or months after you've recieved your polish.

I send all packages first class or priority with tracking numbers. Once it leaves me, I am no longer responsible.
